General information collected when you visit this website
Type and purpose: when you visit this website, general information is collected automatically (server log files), such as browser type, operating system, the domain name of your internet provider, your IP address and similar data. It is processed to establish the connection, to ensure smooth use of the website, to evaluate system security and stability, and to improve the website. We do not use this data to draw conclusions about you as a person.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, based on our legitimate interest in a stable and functional website.
Recipients: technical service providers who operate and maintain the website as processors, where applicable.
Storage period: data is deleted as soon as it is no longer needed for this purpose, generally when the session ends.
Requirement: without your IP address the website cannot be delivered. Objection is therefore not possible.
Contact and enquiry forms
Type and purpose: the data you enter is stored for the purpose of individual communication with you. A valid email address and your name are required to assign and answer your enquiry. All other fields are optional. You receive an automatic confirmation of your enquiry by email.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in answering enquiries) and, where you ask about our services, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures).
Recipients: processors where applicable, such as our email and hosting provider.
Storage period: data is deleted no later than 6 months after your enquiry has been dealt with. If a contract follows, we keep data for the statutory retention periods.
Property listings
The property projects on this website come from the live feed of our partner developer. Photos and floor plans are loaded directly from the developer's server (medousa.agent-portal.cloud). Your IP address is transmitted to that server so that the images can be delivered to your browser. No cookies are set. Legal basis is our legitimate interest in presenting current properties (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers.
Fonts
The fonts used on this website (Source Serif 4 and Work Sans) are stored on our own server. No connection to Google or other font providers is made.
